On September 28, 2007 James and Julie opened up 1228 Parkway Art Space in Santa Fe to showcase their work.

Located at 1228 Parkway Drive, Unit F, the art space is available for short term rental for self-hosted shows, workshops, lectures, musical or theatrical performances, or other events such as private parties.

The art space is a 1700 square foot warehouse loft with polished concrete floors, white walls and suspended track lighting. There are kitchen facilities.
